Description of Innovation

The product is an application programming interface (API) available to any bank which privides a real time assessment on the EPC of any italian building in order, for the loan manager, to grant a subsidised mortgage to a "green" SME
Machine learning algorithm able to estimate energy consumption (EPC) of any building using market and casadtral data. This would help intermediaries to support "green" SMEs without an EPC.
