However, a persistent investment gap remains.Digitalisation, particularly investment in Information Communication Technologies (“ICT”) has a strong impact on innovation, job creation, productivity and economic growth. The adoption of these digital technologies by European businesses across all sectors is critical for Europe to remain competitive in a global marketplace, to prepare
